Positive or Negative…
Both Have a Role in Your Life
How many times have you heard someone say:
“Stay away from that guy/girl. He or she is so negative.”
Why?
Why should I stay away from someone?
Can a person really be negative?
I’ve heard this warning a thousand times—that “negative people” do more harm than good.
And I believed it.
I believed it enough to act on it. I ran away from people labeled as “negative“.
Until one day, a thought woke me up.
It struck me like lightning.
There is no such thing as a negative person.
There Are No Negative People
There are only people living the negative side of their lives.
That negativity shows up in their beliefs, feelings, thoughts, words, actions, and behaviors.
But behavior does not define who someone is.
It does not make them a “negative person.”
We are all energy.
And energy is neither positive nor negative.
It is simply energy.
Energy Is Neutral — Like the Sun
Is the sun negative?
The sun is energy.
It can be good for us—or harmful.
It helps us recharge, feel happier, and increase serotonin, improving our mood.
But too much of it can hurt us. It can even kill us.
The same energy can have both positive and negative effects.
Now imagine a battery—an energy container.
Energy flows when the positive and negative poles connect.
We are like the sun: energy.
Our bodies are like batteries: energy containers.
So the same applies to us.
We can have positive or negative effects on others.
And our energy becomes neutral when our positive and negative sides are connected and balanced.
Should We Run Away From Negativity?
Life has a positive and a negative side.
We have positive and negative effects.
Our bodies carry both poles.
So what should we do?
Run away from life itself?
Running away from others is running away from ourselves.
It is running away from life.
When Someone We Love Is Struggling
When a “negative person” appears in our lives—especially someone we love—a partner, a child, a sibling, a parent—we must understand something:
They are walking through a darker chapter of life.
And often, they need us beside them.
That negativity, when it comes out without restraint, is usually a cry for help.
They reach out to those who live with more light because they trust them.
At that moment, do not let your ego push you away.
Avoiding them may hurt you more than it helps.
It often leaves guilt and shame behind.
Transmuting Negativity
If you are aware enough to see that someone is asking for help, try this:
Receive what they share without owning it
Bring it into your heart—your kind, compassionate center
Feel what they are feeling
Understand what fuels their pain
Remember: that negativity is not yours.
You are only allowing it to flow through you, so it can be transformed into something lighter.
Then give back peace.
Love.
Compassion.
You can do this simply by:
- Breathing consciously
- Listening without reacting
- Being present
- Hugging
- Speaking truth gently
- Teaching through example
Do not criticize.
Criticism only deepens darkness.
Awareness transforms.
Judgment blocks.
Boundaries Still Matter
This does not mean we must accept everyone into our lives forever.
Some people come to teach us something—sometimes as simple as showing us where we lack boundaries.
Once the lesson is learned, the universe gently removes that person from our path.
No drama. No force. Just distance.
We don’t need to run away.
We only need to learn.
Why People Act This Way
Most people expressing negativity are not aware of it.
They don’t know:
- What memories are stored inside them
- Why they feel abandoned, angry, or empty
- Why sadness or rage overwhelms them
They release their pain near those they trust.
Not to hurt—but to survive.
The universe brings them to someone who has already walked through darkness.
If they come to you, it’s because you have been there too—perhaps in this life, perhaps in another.
Darkness Is Not the Enemy
To transmute darkness, we must know our own.
That is why the universe calls some of us to be guides—not above others, but beside them.
Right now, many people feel lost, empty, hopeless.
And others are here to remind them of the way back to center.
Balance is not choosing light and rejecting darkness.
Balance is knowing both hold hands.
The Third Space: Balance
There are people lost in darkness.
There are people lost in forced positivity.
And then there are those who have lived both.
They understand:
- Some days you fall
- Some days you float
- Both are sacred
There is a third space where both sides meet.
That is where peace lives.
Healing the World
To bring peace to the world, we do not need more wars.
We do not need more weapons.
We need balance.
When we rebalance people, the world rebalances itself.
Hatred, violence, and war are not solutions—they are signals.
Signals calling us back to center.
Responsibility and Hope
We were not all there when hatred began.
But we are here now.
And this is not the world I want to live in.
I want a world where everyone—regardless of race, country, religion, or culture—can live freely and in peace.
Nature lives freely without destruction.
So can we.
Light Your Inner World
No one is the master of the world.
We are the world.
So light your inner world.
Let it shine.
Share who you truly are.
Be at peace with yourself.
Be at peace with others.
Because the world needs us.
And it needs you.
