What a day!

What a day!
Five hours without Meaning…
A strange feeling of wasted time.

I hurried to an appointment, full of hope…
Hope of finally changing the direction of my life!

I left feeling defeated, or so I thought.

I was almost ready to write off that long day of meaningless things when I finally parked the car by the beach.

What a surprising day!

I closed my eyes for a few minutes and tried to relax…
I say “tried” because I did not relax.

I got out of the car and walked toward the sea.
There was a cold and unsettling wind!

I could not feel my body.
Breathing then…
Impossible!

I went back to the car.
I wanted to warm myself and recover my Senses.
Recover my sense of smell.
Recover my Consciousness…

I pulled my scarf up to my nose
And I felt a wonderful aroma.

I remembered the synergy of oils I apply to my body every single day!

That indescribable scent closed my eyes.
The touch of my eyelashes pushed me into emptiness, Silence, Peace!

In an instant, I detached myself from the mind.
In an instant, I embraced the nothingness in which everything Flows!

In an instant, I calmed down and recognized myself as the creator of tranquility and Joy.
At least of my own!

My Senses returned.
My mind became serene.
And my eyes opened.

They opened to a magnificent sunset at the end of that day!

That sunset carried me into an alternative Consciousness of my day!

The feeling of wasted time transformed into an opportunity to learn to value every moment, regardless of the outcome.

The defeat I had felt was only an illusion, because success was right behind it!

After all, I saw that sunset, I went to that viewpoint, only because I felt I had lost the day.

And, within minutes, I gained life!
I gained Joy!
I gained tranquility!

And I ended my day in complete Gratitude for a day like that!

A day without Meaning, full of meaningful Subtleties!
